Terms of Service
Please read carefully and be aware that by purchasing any artwork from me you are agreeing to these terms! These terms are subject to change at any time! please direct message me through either Instagram or Discord if you have any questions!
Basic Details:
- I have the right to decline a commission for any reason.
- I retain the rights to all of my work and am allowed to post it online or use your commission for self-promotion (Unless specified otherwise). Please let me know if you would like me to keep the commission private beforehand.
- You are not allowed to use my artwork for commercial purposes whatsoever unless agreed upon beforehand.
- You MAY upload your commission to any social media/gallery with proper credit given! It may also be used for anything personal such as (Avatars, wallpapers, icons, backgrounds, etc) as long as you don't claim it as your own creation. Again, do not use it for commercial purposes.
- You are not allowed to use any of my work or the work you have commissioned from me for any NFT related purposes.
Commission Process/payment:
- If my commissions are open (Usually stated in my bio on any platform), please feel free to Direct Message me on either Instagram (@TiedTailedFox) or on Discord (TiedTailedFox#2495) to claim a slot! However, Instagram is preferred.
- Feel free to message me if you are unclear on if my commissions are open and I will let you know!
- I take payment up front, and once the commission is approved and payment has been received, you will receive a sketch of your commission to approve. During this time any changes can be made!
- You may ask for work-in-progress pictures at any time, but after the sketch has been approved I will not be making any major changes. However, you may feel free to ask.
- Once the commission is done, I will send you the high-resolution photo/s via email and/or discord.
- My commissions usually take no longer than 2 months, however, if I am having issues that result in it taking longer than that, I will keep you updated! (You can usually expect your commission between a week or a month.)
- I can not promise to finish your commission by a certain time, however, I can try my best! feel free to ask me if you need it done by a specific deadline. A fee may apply.
Refunds:
- I can only give you a full refund if the project has not been started. However a partial refund may be negotiable!
Terms of usage for adopts/designs:
- You retain the rights to the character, however, I retain full rights to the original artwork that I have created.
- The character may not be used for commercial/business use without my permission unless agreed upon!
- You however may: Upload the design to any social media or gallery, and/or use the design for anything personal such as roleplaying, stories, etc.)
- I must be credited for the design somewhere at least once.
- you may not sell the adopt for more than you bought it for + other commissioned works.
